COL Moore is an independent consultant, with in-depth experience in government contracting, consulting, management and team building.  COL and Mrs. Moore lived in Washington, D.C. and Huntsville, AL for ten years prior to retiring with 32 years of military service.  After retiring COL Moore started a defense contracting company for an Alaskan Native Corporation and grew it to a nationwide company with over 500 employees within 5 years.     Read More

 

Kenneth Ronsisvalle

Ken has been a visionary leader and a result driven professional in Construction Management for over 27 years.  He has a history of delivering high volume EPC projects for government and private sector clients in both CONUS and OCONUS environments.  Ken has diverse experience in Oil and Gas, Hospitals, Retail Centers, Office and Hotel Developments, government facilities and residential complexes.  His certifications in Project Management Leadership (PML) and Emergency Management (FEMA) combined with his unique experiences in leading functional teams create a rare combination of the art and science that leads to success in the construction industry. Ken is the Managing Member of Kastel Enterprises and manages a team of highly experienced and knowledgeable professionals. The Kastel team members have managed projects ranging from Oil Refineries in Qatar, pipelines in Africa to oversight for various types of Government and Commercial construction facilities and/or projects.   Ken has a BS in Business Management and over 27 years in the Construction.  He has a vast knowledge of all levels of construction and has built or managed projects across the spectrum of the construction industry.  This background gives Ken the capability to effectively manage large projects with crosssectional construction requirements.  Ken also has the experience and ability to manage and lead people to reach their highest potential.  By using Best Management practices, personal incentive programs and leadership training tailored to each situation and project, Ken allows his teams to perform with focus, determination and results.  His daily work ethics and belief in simple ‘Leader Ownership’ gives him and his team the flow-down focus, direction and ability to effectively manage projects of any size, scope or complexity.    Ken is also very involved with his community and serves on the board of 2 non-profits.  He also coaches youth football and is involved in his local church community. Ken attended Auburn University and was a member of the 1987 and 1988 SEC football championship teams.   

 

 

 

Col (R) Chester Moore

COL Moore is a native of Tylertown, MS and is married to the former Susan Alford of the Progress, MS community.  They have four children and six grandchildren.  COL Moore is an independent consultant, with in-depth experience in government contracting, consulting, management and team building.  COL and Mrs. Moore lived in Washington, D.C. and Huntsville, AL for ten years prior to retiring with 32 years of military service.  After retiring COL Moore started a defense contracting company for an Alaskan Native Corporation and grew it to a nationwide company with over 500 employees within 5 years.  He served as Director of the National Operations Center for Headquarters, Department of the Army, Office of Deputy Chief of Staff for Logistics, Single Stock Fund (SSF), where he was responsible for executive level planning, coordination, establishment, and management of the SSF National Operations Center in support of implementation and sustainment of all installations and units in the U.S. Army worldwide.  This was one of the most massive changes in army business practices in the history of the Army.  As the Deputy Program Manager for the Logistics Civil Augmentation Program (LOGCAP) at Headquarters, U.S. Army Materiel Command, COL Moore was responsible for planning and operations of the worldwide LOGCAP in support of field Army augmentation requirements and supervising the worldwide Army contingency planning for war, operations other than war, disaster, and humanitarian assistance.   At the office of the Assistant Secretary of the Army for Logistics, COL Moore served as the Military Assistant for National Guard Logistics, and functioned as the ARNG Liaison to the Secretary for maintenance, transportation, readiness, and supply policy.  He also served as Military Assistant for Maintenance to the Secretary of the Army as the principal advisor to the Assistant Secretary on all facets of Army maintenance operations, policy, and doctrine.  COL Moore has over 16 years of command experience at the company, battalion, group, and brigade levels.
