Kastel Ops Hub Privacy Policy

Kastel Enterprises MK LLC ("Kastel," "we," "us") provides the Kastel Ops Hub app (the "App") for use by Kastel employees and authorized personnel to manage company operations. This policy explains what information the App collects, how it is used, and the choices available to users.

Who can use the App

The App is a business tool. It is intended for Kastel employees and other people Kastel has authorized, and for vendors and clients who use the App's portal to submit company information, documents, and quotes to Kastel. Access requires an account approved by Kastel. The App is not intended for the general public or for anyone under 18.

Information we collect

• Account information: name, work email address, phone number, job title, and assigned role.

• Work records: project information, daily field reports, hours worked, site notes, and schedules.

• Expense and financial records: receipts, expense entries, company credit card identifiers (last digits only), vendor information, quotes, and pricing used for company accounting.

• Photos and files: photos or documents a user chooses to upload, such as receipt images or job site photos. The App only accesses the camera or photo library when the user chooses to add one.

• Device and usage information: basic technical information such as device type, operating system, app version, and error logs, used to keep the App working properly.

How we use information

We use this information only to operate Kastel's business, including to:

• manage projects, schedules, and field reporting

• track hours, expenses, and receipts

• reconcile company accounts and prepare records for accounting, tax, and audit purposes

• control which users can see which information based on their role

• maintain, secure, and improve the App

We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.

How information is shared

Information in the App is shared only:

• Within Kastel, with employees whose role requires access. Financial details such as vendor costs, margins, and payroll are restricted to authorized accounting and management staff.

• With service providers that host or support the App on Kastel's behalf, who may use the information only to provide those services.

• With Kastel's accountants, auditors, or legal advisors as needed for accounting, tax, and audit purposes.

• When required by law, such as in response to a valid legal request.

Data security

We use reasonable safeguards to protect information, including encrypted connections, password-protected accounts, and role-based access controls. No system is completely secure, but we work to protect the information stored in the App.

Data retention

We keep business records, including expense and financial records, for as long as needed for business operations and as required for tax, accounting, and legal purposes. When a user's access ends, their account is deactivated; records they created may be kept as part of Kastel's business records.

Your choices and rights

Users may review and update their account information in the App or by contacting us. Users may request that we delete their account and personal information by contacting us at the email below. Some records may be kept where required for legal, tax, or accounting purposes.

How to delete your account

You can ask us to delete your Kastel Ops Hub account and the personal information connected to it at any time:

1. In the App: open your profile and choose Request account deletion.

2. By email: send a message to admin@kastelenterprises.com with the subject "Delete my account," from the email address on your account (or include that email address in your message).

We will confirm your request and delete your account and personal information within 30 days.

What is deleted: your login, profile details (name, email address, phone number), and personal information not needed for business records.

What may be kept: records Kastel is required to keep for tax, accounting, legal, or audit purposes, such as expense entries, receipts, invoices, vendor tax forms, and the activity log. These are kept only as long as required, generally up to 7 years, and are then deleted.

Children's privacy

The App is not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date above shows when it was last updated.
